You are cordially invited to be a part of our 7th annual VillageFest,
hosted by Carrollwood Village Phase I, II & III Homeowners Associations
Overview: Carrollwood Village is a community of 3,200 homes in the affluent northwest Tampa zip codes 33618 and
33624. Attendance of up to 5,000 is anticipated. The event is free and open to the public.
Publicity: Generous event promotions in local newspapers and in the Carrollwood Village newsletter, Village Views.
Radio promos. Each Carrollwood Village household will be mailed an invitation. Event signs posted throughout the
community. 10,000 color postcards distributed. Online event calendar listings. Posters, festival t-shirts, and more...
All participants receive recognition on www.carrollwoodvillage.com and in the Village Views newsletter.
Of Interest: Set up at day of event is from 7-9am. Vehicle unloading/loading at booth space. All vendors must be
set up and ready to open by 10am. Designated free vendor parking. Vendors are responsible for remitting Florida
Sales Tax. No electricity available. Rain or shine. No pets please (except service animals).
Call 813.842.7066 for special needs. Photo submission of items to be displayed/sold is appreciated but not required.
