Every third friday of the month Safety Harbor blocks off main street for an an evening Craft Fair. Tents are not required; but it's good to have some sort of lighting when it gets dark (hours are 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)--each space (which is bountiful) has access to electricity.

Lots of music and reasonably priced food.

A vendor application needs to be filled out (call 727/724-1572).

I see that you already have this on your block but could you update it with the following paragraph? It will also be free for all vendors in August and September!

Grand Central District Green Market and Street Fair will be held the 1st Sunday of the month beginning August 2nd from 11:00-3:00. It will be held on Central Ave. between 24th and 26th streets.

They have produce vendors, crafters, artisans and some great food. After shopping among the vendors stop in and check out the many antique stores open.

Grand Central Market will be joined by localshops1.com and hosting a clothing swap in the parking lot by 2433 Central Ave. This is how it works – you bring in 5 pieces of clothe and swap it out for 5 different pieces. Easy as that and it is all free!

African Drum Group, Repercussion, performs at the newly restructured Grand Central Green Market and Street Fair. Wild beats with a tribal flair will fill the streets of the Grand Central Green Market. Aftershock Productions and Artistic Director Michelle “Pippy” Tolan will bring the exciting and intoxicating sounds of the percussion group, Repercussion, to the newly restructured Grand Central Green Market and Street Fair.

The Market will be located at Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island between Stand # 5 & # 6
Vendor Set-Up will begin at 6:30am (Coffee and donuts supplied by the Privateers)
The Market will be open to the General Public from 8am till 3pm
Each Spot will be approximately 12ft wide x 35ft deep. (Enough room for a car & trailer)
