Add as many keywords in your description as possible because the site is searchable.: Circus McGurkis, The People's Fair, has been taking place since 1971. It is a project of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). It was started by a group of peace activitists during the Vietnam War. Quakers carry on their programs as an expression of their belief in the dignity and worth of each person an in the power of love and nonviolence to bring about change.
