Brought back to life after 5 years (this festival has roots back to the 1930's!). Sponsored by and a fundraiser for the Ruskin Community Development Foundation. Jen's Market is on the planning committee and in charge of the arts/crafts/prepared foods vendors. We would love to have some "old timey" crafts, upcycled farm implements, anything tomato-y! Expected attendance is 5000+. Rate is $80. Info & application is on my website www.jens-market.comSee More
FLORIDA hand made craft/artists & food vendors only. That is: hand crafted, created and produced. No resale. Are you an artist/crafter who does shows or a show producer? If so, leave a very long, very detailed description to be accepted. You can read this page for free, joining gets you emails--sometimes excessive--about shows as they are posted.
I create plush kitties of soft, cuddly fabrics. They are in lots of colors, and prints. Some realistic, some fantasy. They are perfect for all ages and genders. Kid-tested, hypo-allergenic, nothing falls off, comes apart, or fades! I do special orders for almost any color or combo of colors and will embroidery on them for free.
I also do garden flags with kitties, dogs, butterflies, dragonflies, flip flops, egrets, palm trees, and just about anything else I might dream up! I can personalize them if requested.
Website address required. If you do not have one--consider Etsy, eBay or a blog where you post your images, work and show calendar.
The photo uploader is picky. If your photo did not upload, switch browsers or update your browser. If you cannot do this, please know you can use this site without being a member. There are not hidden parts to this site Joining the site only allows you to talk to other vendors, post images and get emails. .

Wonderful Susie! Thanks so much for the encouragement and fast reply =) That would be so wonderful if it could work out. Living as I do with my health issues and limitations gets very isolating, I can't even come close to functioning on the level my life was before all this health problems. Finding a niche to be a part of the arts and craft world that I love so much would do wonders for my heart, soul and spirit! I will def take your advice and post a request and see what happens. THANK YOU! Do you sell online and craftshows, perhaps consignment? Any tips or advice I'm all ears! =)
I loooove kitties, had them in my life since I was 4 yo.....have 2 rescues that rescue me everyday with their love and affection ^..^ Blessings, Kathy
Hey Susie! Thanks for the invites to participate in upcoming shows...... I have physical challenges and Fibromyalgia to make matters worse and can't tolerate the demand of the craft circuit. I'm getting desperate for ideas and ways to sell besides the ETSY nonsense way of life. Been at that for nearly 5 years, too many people underselling themselves and others, LOTS of junk not handmade and the real artists are buried underneath all this junk....I think I'm done with that dead end. Anyway, I'm wondering if the possibility exists to ask other artists if they would like to sell some of my handmade items for a commission or buy wholesale for fill ins on their tables. Is that even possible? Folks like myself have only a few precious hours a day they are up to doing any tasks, maybe even create a "Physically Challenged Craft show that could be done for a few short hours in the evenings in local areas? I have loads of ideas for those of us who face these challenges, but no idea how to bring them into the light and start. Perhaps you have some ideas, connections, thoughts? I would love to hear from you. Thanks in advance for any help =) Blessings, Kathleen Wagner-Sciola Tarpon Springs, FL
