My biggest sellers are my ink-wash mermaids! For many years I have gained inspiration living in such places as Anna Maria Island, Key West and St. Augustine. It is my intent to create artwork that is both beautiful and functional. I love color in my artwork and interiors, but to the contrary, find black & white photography deeply moving and expressive. My emotive paintings and candid photography have gained me both numerous collectors and commissions to produce various works.
I found myself with the desire to work with textiles and in the 3rd dimension. I look at the creation of my Rag Dolls as a form of soft sculpture. They are all one of a kind creations, each with their own personality and uniqueness. Those, along with some other creations are made from recycled materials...making them Eco~Friendly!
My latest exercise in creativity is wrapping faceted gemstones with sterling silver wire...yes, a journey into jewelery!

Fourth Fridays in Cortez
Currently seeking:

(we are NOT looking for buy/sell vendors) who are interested in being a part of
a new event...happening...festival...art walk.
July we will be starting up a monthly "Fourth Friday" event...

Was great to finally meet you ,although we didn't get a chance to talk much. I think the Fourth Fridays in Cortez is going to be a big success, I think we had a good crowd for the first one. I am looking forward to doing the next one hopefully I know Colleen and David and Martin and Connie are also wanting to do it again . Will give you a call

Should I post my info about the 1st amendment on the blog page? The more minds we get into the better luck we may have coming together and finding a perfect No White Tent venue for us artists! I have to tell you I Miss the Plaza in St Auggie!!!!!!....oh, no I dont know Kelly... I lived in StAug for 5y, Key West before that...and before that I lived here and owned Sonnydaze on Bridge St....
Let me think on that. That's up my alley. I could so SEE the breadth of NO WHITE TENTS hit the real 3D world.
