Indoor Craft Space
Still looking for crafters who are tired of tents! (I have gotten myself and entire jewelry booth soaked in a downpour the last two weekends!) I have found space in NPR - 800 sf for $650 mo. It's in the process of being completely renovated. I personally know the manager of the strip center where it's located (Another crafter opened his own dream coffee shop!) Let me know! All that's needed to open is 1st month's rent - water paid, but we will have to pay electric.

MAIL ME AND LET ME KNOW....WE WOULD DEFINITELY BE INTERESTED.....THE LOCATION IS 5 MINS FROM US...THERESA AND JOHN HOLY SMOKES

- Need more people to come in with me! Need at least 6 or 7 vendors to split rent. May be able to get 3 months free rent (need 1st & last - $1300). Shop will be completely remodeled. Going to be in NPR ALL DAY tomorrow! Rather be INDOORS! Rain expected!
