Artists, crafters, hobbyists UNITE against White Tent Art Shows
We have been told there is a need for a local craft fair (Hillsborough County) in the middle of December. Here it is! This is a good time to get the last sales in before Christmas, not just holiday inspired items, but everything. We are looking for vendors for our Winter Craft Fair on December 13, 2014. Spaces are 10' x 10' at $25 a space and $5 extra for electricity. For the first 10 paid vendors we are offering a special space selection with assurance (as much as possible) of no direct competitors in front of or beside your booth. Better hurry before that special is gone. With the exception of food trucks (we plan to do the food ourselves), all vendors are welcome. If you are not familiar with St. Matthews, we have a lot of open space but it is not shaded so a tent is recommended. You will also need to bring tables and chairs. If you need electricity please bring heavy duty cords and we can hook you up.
So far we have had responses from vendors who participated in Holy Innocence church craft fair a couple of months ago (whose cards I collected) and we've also had response from vendors who sell at Party at My House where I posted as flyer. I would love to hear from you.
This is a fund-raiser for a new organ for our Sanctuary. The church is located on Bloomingdale Avenue, a heavily traveled main road in Valrico and Riverview. The customer base is there. Will you be there too? We should all have a very successful event. Your participation will make it the best ever for St. Matthews. Contact me, Pam Ammons at email@example.com, for further information and a registration form.
