Event Description

11 am - 3pm Set up is at 8:30 am. This is a cashless resort. This event is one of the resorts only cash events and is opened up for selected vendors to display their items for the members and guests. The registration for this event will be $20 and for an additional $12 per person the resort will provide a choice of hamburger, cheeseburger, or turkey wrap with chips and a drink. Tap water will be available all day for $2 a bottle. They will only be accepting 25 vendors, returning vendors who receive a letter are guaranteed a space as long as registration and payment is received by May 1st, 2009 After this date the remaining open space will be opened for new vendors. Spaces for new vendors will be available after May 1st. If you know someone that would like to be considered for a space have them contact Sandi Herbst for the correct paperwork.
